We purchased our Keurig 11 months ago and I registered it right away. During the eleventh month it just stopped. When I called the person who answered ask a few questions and looked up the registered number and asked for a photo of serial number and I was told that they would be sending me another one and i received it in four days. Keurig stood behind there product.
They break and won't turn back on if you have to descale them I've had 5 already don't recommend this model they need to figure out why when your descaling it quits working then it done and broken and won't turn on for anything ........
