Very impressed with the handling of the warranty replacement. However, I expected to receive some info on how, or whether, to return the original defective unit. I have not received any instructions on the disposition of the non-functioning coffee maker.
Keurig provided excellent customer service when I had to exercise my one year warranty. They helped me trouble shoot the problem and without hesitation, sent me a brand new replacement. The process was seamless.
The warranty replacement went very smooth with Keurig. I received it within four days after my initial phone call. I was disappointed however with the fact that mine failed during the first descaling process. I’m hoping the replacement will do better in that aspect.
We bought it a little more than year ago and use it continuously. It stopped putting out the proper amount of water. Even though it was out of warranty 2 months, they replaced it free and overnighted it!
So far this one is very good. I tried to register the machine all it wanted me to do is place an order for coffee. So I gave up. This is the third replacement in less than 18 months.
This isn’t nearly as good as the Keurig I replaced. I guess I had the next level up last time. I didn’t see it when I was shopping and I didn’t want the “smart” coffee maker so I picked the next level down. The reservoir is way smaller.. The brewer is very loud and kinda messy… lots of splatter. Fewer size setting and no temp setting. Also the cost was the same as what I paid for the much better machine last time.
