I received a Keurig for Christmas present. It failed in July. Keuring stood behind their warranty and replaced. Easy process and hassle free. Great service.

I bought a new Keurig. From day 1 the clean light was on. It never went off. I called Keurig and they sent me a replacement. I did have to find a UPS Store to return it while I was on vacation, but that worked out fine
After purchasing a new Keurig, had a problem with power not coming on. Called the warranty service number. They made it so easy to handle our problem. First attempted to resolve the problem with our unit, but when that was unsuccessful, gave simple instructions on how to get a replacement.
My Keurig stopped working after 10 months of daily use. The Keurig customer service team delivered a replacement Keurig within five business days! I would highly recommend the Keurig products especially given their outstanding service!
