Our wonderful K-Supreme died after the descale cycle. I've never experienced this before with any coffee maker. So, with some prodding the customer service gave a full replacement. Its worth the prodding since its a wonderful product. So 5 star for product. 4 Star for the need to prod the customer service for a replacement unit. They should admit the design flaw and fix it.
I had the K-Supreme coffee maker for eight months and after descaling, the unit would not operate any longer. I called customer service and they promptly replaced the unit. Thanks and great job!!
We had an issue with a product that had been previously replaced! They stand behind their product and replaced it! It was replaced and arrived super quick!
My mother bought this K-supreme for us as a gift. When we opened it at home,we found it was broken. I called Kureg & spoke with a CSR who told me everything I needed to do to get it replaced. After giving them all the information required, I was shocked to find a new replacement on my doorstep 1 1/2 days later!!Amazing!!! We use it every day, don’t know how we lived this long without one!
