I have been a loyal Keurig customer for over 13 years. I have purchased the most expensive down to the more economical coffee brewers. I have had issues with several styles but have always found the company willing to resolve and make good on all of them! At 74 I have not always understood the computer explanations to resolve issues but a call to the company has always walked me thru them! I will not purchase another brand.
I bought my Kerurig about 3 months ago but unfortunately the lid got stuck closed and broke off when tried to open it . I called customer service, who listened to what I had to say and immediately sent me a replacment machine. I am very satisfied with the service I received. Thanks again!
I bought a machine and it stopped working, took it back to store and because I was 2 months past the return date it was not excepted. I called keurig and they said no problem! Everyone was so nice. Thank you so much
I appreciate the service I received with my K-Supreme coffee maker stopped working. The agent was very helpful in telling what was needed so that my coffee maker would be replaced. I do hope I will not have the same issues with it is time to clean this unit as that is when the other one stopped working.
This is a no cost warranty replacement. The process was simple and we were back up and making great coffee in a short few days. Thanks Kuerig support - you are the best.
