Can't speak highly enough about the product and it's Customer Service Dept. They went above and beyond to make sure that I, as a long time customer, would not be without my coffee maker. Excellent warranty when the unexpected happens.
I was so excited about the new technology which provides a full flavored cup of coffee however I’m kind of over it. The 2nd time I descaled the machine it stopped working and I was able to receive a replacement. New machine 4 months later not working same reason. Now we are on the 2nd replacement. I am hopeful this one does not repeat the same issue but I’m not sure I will continue with this product if it stops working again it’s not worth the hassle.
Really like the features, including a cold brew, and charcoal water filter. My previous Keurig had the water reservoir located in the back, which was inconvenient to reach. This one has a side reservoir, which makes refilling easy without having to move the brewer to access. I experienced a warranty issue with the motor, however the Keurig customer service reps were amazing and sent a replacement within days.
Everyone was very helpful in getting me a replacement. My warranty was still within the 1 year time frame and they had no questions about my request. It arrived within 3 days and I'm very happy to have it.
This is my third Keurig and just love it. Works great and coffee is piping hot. Would recommend the K-Supreme single serve anytime.

The new five hole really makes the best coffee! I did have one problem of my Keurig over heated while descaling,But best of all it was replaced with proof of purchase! The Keurig company really cares about there product and it works correctly for you
