We bought our Keurig over a year ago. One morning it just stopped working. I contacted customer support and they were very helpful. I had to answer a few questions and within a few days they sent me a replacement. Very satisfied.

I purchased this as a Christmas present for my finance, we loved how quickly and quietly it would brew coffee. Very simple to use- however after only 6 months of use it randomly stopped working. After attempting to trouble shoot it/clean it, nothing worked- the Keruig sent a replacement free of charge and it arrived 3 days submitting the order. It was brand new and the same color- no issues and covered again under warranty!

I love how fast it brews from when you turn it on. I also love the fact that it also turns itself off. It is very sleek and very streamline for my kitchen. I'm still trying to figure out how to brew a whole travel mug full of coffee. You have to do 2 different brew cycles to make it add up to one mug.

I bought my 86 year old mother a K Supreme for Xmas last year and it recently quit working. I talked with Kuerig and after providing some quick and easy info to them literally in less than a week they sent me a brand new one at no charge. Not even shipping. I personally do not drink coffee but Kuerig has definitely won over my future coffee machine needs.

On 2nd brewer same problem with cleaning cycle

Bought first one and after about 3 months it flashed for a descale cycle . So went and did that , we’ll it shut off and could not restart it . Guess it was a problem with system thermostat overheating. Called customer service they were great sent me a new one so had this one for a couple about 3 month and descaleing comes on tried to do descaling nothing it will not descale . So just been using with descal light flashing . Wish I had my old keurigs back. Yes it was a little more bulky but the water was hot this one heats to around 165f -170- my old one was around 190f degrees coffee was stronger out of it then this system . I really can’t afford to buy a new one so am stuck .

LOVE IT!!!! Letesha from MASS helped me! The BEST customer service person I ever spoke with ! The Supreme Coffee Pot is easy to use and makes a cup of coffee in a minute! Love the water holder on the left! Also I love the fact that it saves Energy by shutting off after every cup of coffee I make within 5 minutes.
