Completely dead after 4 months. Took 6 weeks to get a replacement. They kept wanting to replace my black coffee maker with a green one because that’s all they had in stock in the replacement version (doesn’t have accessories). I had to raise holy hell with them to finally get a replacement.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am waiting for the replacement of the Kreurig K-Supreme Single Serve coffee maker I received which was DOA. When I finally receive a functional coffee maker, I will gladly write a glowing review.

I have had this for only a week and I am very surprised how poorly it performs. Very very slow. Does not give out the amount of fluid for the ounces requested. In order to fill a 10 oz. cup I have to run it through twice with one pod (1 at 10 oz. and then a 6 oz. And yes, I am using a Keurig pod. I have them automatically sent to my home.
Major drawback is that you can't make an odd-numbered cup of coffee. You can make 6oz or 8oz but not seven. On our old machine you would hit the power button and it would stop right there. This one keeps going until it's delivered the size brew you selected, hopefully not bigger than the cup.

This is a great coffee maker. You can select the amount of water, the temperature and you can set preset modes for quick coffee. We have used it nonstop for almost a year now with no problems. Easy to clean and easy to use. We love it!
Love this coffee maker. Coffee is hot and tasty. I like that we don’t have to wait for warm up.
I would recommend this to a friend!

That new "multisteam tech" that you were reading about if probably the worst things keurig has ever made..you'd think a company that makes one things, coffe makers, would do it well, but no, it just spit coffee grinds and water out half the time...that's not a pleasant cup of coffee
