Keurig warranty support was superb. Ours died with a month remaining of factory warranty. It was quickly replaced by Keurig with a new one. Thanks for standing behind your product.
I had my Keruig for a couple of months and the machine developed a problem. I contacted customer service through email first, then customer service (email) ask that I contact customer service by phone. The agent was very helpful. After it was determined the unit could not be fixed the agent walked me through the process of receiving a new machine from the company directly. The customer service was one of the best I have dealt with.
I had great customer service with the replacement, it's just poor equipment. We continue to have problems with this coffee maker and feel I need to budget and plan every year to replace it.
