I’ve been a customer having several brewers since they made the home brewing Keurigs. Many of them have failed and needed to be replaced which KEURIG has always honored their warranties and in some cases have extended and replaced even though out of warranty. It is my opinion that the KEURIG ELITE with the single needle makes a better and faster cup of coffee than the 5 needle KEURIG SUPREME.
Just received my 2nd warranty replacement K-Supreme. Hope this machine is a little better quality than the first two which shorted out soon after use. I love Keurig's Customer Service but I do wish the machines were of the quality that the first ones were.
We had our K cup coffee maker for about 6 months, with light usage and it just died. My husband contacted Keurig and the representative told him it was under 1 year warranty and that they would replace it. We filled out the paperwork, provided the requested photos of serial # etc and then waited. After about 6 weeks I sent a follow up email and called. The representative was empathetic, apologetic and professional. 5 days later we had our K cup replacement coffee maker. Thank you Keurig!
I have had a Keurig Supreme for just Uber a year when iit died. I contacted Keurig Customer Service was well treated and the agent provided me with a replacement immediately. Fantastic service and appreciated prompt and courteous staff
I ordered this model for my parents because of the size and shape. It's much easier to operate than the little dorm size units. I really like the handle on the water tank. Having an option for the placement of the tank is great. I wish those options included both sides as well as the back. The color was a bonus - it's my dad's favorite.
I would recommend this to a friend!
