This was a replacement for my other Keurig I bought a QVC. It was not used that much because I usually make a pot of coffee with my Cuisinart coffee maker. I probably only made less than 20 cups of coffee and it died on me. Hopefully, this one will last a lot longer. However, Keurig replaced it with a one year guarantee. Fingers crossed with this one.
I have been using the Keurig K -Supreme coffee maker and I love it. Easy to use and it makes great coffee. I really like my coffee to be hot and this machine makes that happen. I might add, Keurig is a wonderful company and will always help if you have any questions.
I notified Keurig of a problem with my original purchase... defective and still under warranty and they replaced it within about a week. Great service.
This is my 4th Keurig coffee maker and 3rd K-Supreme which I love, however every time the descale light comes on, I go through the process and can't get the light to go off, Hoping it doesn't continue
Coffee flavor is not the best. The reusable K-cup is not useful because the 5 holes splatter coffee out of the cup as it pours. A single hole would work better. Not something I would buy again.
Extremely surprised that there are companies like Keurig out there that put customer service first. Our unit failed, I went through the QC conversations, and in three days had a new unit! very happy. Thanks!!
