I had a problem with my Keurig supreme as it locked up when I attempted to clean it. It was less than 6 months old I called Keurig and within a week a replacement was sent as promised.
I am beyond frustrated. This machine replaced one that stopped working because the add water light kept coming on even when it didn’t need water. I’ve had this new machine about one month and it is now saying add water even though I just filled it, made one 10 ounce coffee and it started blinking. I’ve attached a photo showing the problem
I have had many Keurig machines in the past, but this one is by far my favorite, Put K cup in, choose cup size, and it starts brewing instantly. Coffee is nice and hot. Love this Machine!!
This is now the 4th. I bought one for office, which broke 2 months before warranty was up. I bought the better model for my home, which broke a month after 1 year, I replaced it and that one also broke just after a year. They all would not turn back on. The only good thing with this model are the 5 holes. I replaced the one in my home with the Elite. Which is great but would like 5 holes.
