Wife received coffee maker for Birthday/Christmas. I was following directions to clean it while she was gone.
Didn't go well. Called up service department and 10 minutes later, it was being replaced under warranty. The new machine showed up on my door step 2 days later. Thank you.

Love this Coffeemaker; but Beware When Descaling!

I love everything about this coffeemaker; but the Descale light does eventually come on and you cannot make coffee until you take care of it. It seemed to take much more effort than I felt was necessary; but I got to the end where you run clear water through the machine and had a complete failure. The machine just died--no power at all and the outlet, etc. was fine. The side of the machine seemed really warm to the touch and I thought it might have overheated. I went online and found my answer. There is a reset button that's part of the thermostat. The big (actually huge) problem is that you have to get to it. Found a video online and was able to get it to work again; but the outside cover/housing will not go back into place. I managed to get it to the point where it is okay; but it's not in a fixed position. It was still under warranty and Keurig, being the amazing company that they are, replaced it.

Need to fix cleaning issue

We got our original in 2021 and after 8 months it told us to do a cleaning. We followed the instructions but when we were done the coffee maker shut down and we couldn’t turn it back on. I called customer service and after giving them all the info they decided to send us a new one. Our new one lasted about 7 months before it told us to do a cleaning again. We again followed the instructions to a T but the coffee maker shut down and we had to get another replacement. Someone needs to review this cleaning procedure and make some changes as I’ve read online that it’s a known issue with keurig machines.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good coffee but causes any lights to flicker!

Every time I use Keuring my lights start flickering. No other appliance on at same time! I'm afraid to use. Great coffee though but not worth burning the house down.

Warranty Replacement

During the middle of a routine descaling of my Keurig the power button failed to work. I tried everything the website recommended and then called and talked to a Keurig representative. The rep was very polite and professional, looked up my product registration to verify my coffee maker was under warranty and arranged for a replacement to be sent out immediately. My replacement is working great and I’m crossing my fingers that it will continue longer than 6 months. I really like the new style of the K-Supreme Single with the 5 entry points. Our coffee does indeed have a much fuller, richer taste than with the old style I had.
