We loved our coffee maker. But, it quit working. It was under warranty and Keurig replaced it right away. We are happy with their service and our new coffeemaker
My Keurig was not functioning properly. Customer service line was attentive and said they would replace the machine that was under warranty. Within one week I received a new Keurig. It’s working perfectly.A company that stands behind their product is a company worth doing business with.
Very Happy with this Keurig and the wonderful customer service that made my receiving it possible. The slimmer profile is a good match for my limited counter space. Thank you for another great brewer!

Love this coffee maker but was most excited about the brew over ice option (less melted ice in my coffee). It worked for like a week, then it would only brew like 1/3 of a normal cup. If you punctured the cup, then stopped the brew and re-started it so that the cup didn’t have to be re-punctured, you could get a full cup. Just weird. Called customer service. They started off trying to blame my Keurig cups, but the issue was with multiple kinds of cups, all of which had the little Keurig symbol. Ended up they sent us a replacement unit. Feels like a waste because it works fine with this one silly little glitch. Anywho, love the larger water reservoir with the actual handle.
We love the coffee maker but are more impressed with customer service after purchase. Unfortunately, ours malfunction after a few months. This can happen with anything. The company sent us a replacement within a week . Would highly recommend this coffee maker
