Bought my parents a K Supreme and it broke during the Descaling process. Customer Service was quick and very helpful. Had to wait a little more than a week to receive the machine, but Customer Service was excellent.
We bought a faulty Keurig machine back in January and it soon had issues brewing, getting grounds in each cup, not making enough coffee, etc. I called customer service, and they walked me through an extensive troubleshooting of my machine. When it became clear that nothing was working, they told me they'd send me a new replacement Keurig at no cost (we didn't even have to send in our old machine!). It came quickly, was the same model we had previously, and works perfectly. Thank you for the great customer service and prompt replacement of our machine! We are very satisfied.
I bought my Keurig ten months ago and love it. I drink more tea than coffee but this makes it a lot easier for me to get my water hot and ready to go for my tea Beats heating up the kettle.
I purchased a Keurig back in April of this year and I descaled it as directed and it wouldn't turn back on. I called keurig and they sent me a new one within 2 weeks. The customer service was awesome. Thanks again
I purchased the K-Supreme Single Serve last November. Recently, the descaler light was on. After I bought the solution to clean the Keurig the light remained on. So, I called Keurig and explained what happened. I had to provide a picture and my receipt and a brand new replacement was sent out to me in a week. Very fast service. I am a happy customer with the way they handled everything.
