disappointed it stopped working after a few months of use . But this company did an outstanding job of getting me a replacement . Five stars without a doubt . Great coffee maker as well
The new machine I purchased had to be replaced after it failed after only 3 months. The replacement process was fairly easy but a quality product should last longer.
I had purchased a Keurig couple of years ago. I had no receipt or any way to show the purchase and when I call customer service, right away they listen to my issue and quickly resolve the problem. They send me a brand new Keurig to my home to question ask. The professionalism and care they took with me was unbelievable. I will always buy Keurig products do to the fact that they really show they care about their customers. Great job guys
I bought this coffee maker six months ago. About the 10th one I've bought . I had trouble from this one. I called and very little problem. They sent me a new one. Great job.
