I have purchased two of these machines, and they both did the exact same thing. After a while, regardless of the K-Cups that you use, the machine starts to leak. Also, after a short while, namely three to four months, the area where the K-Cup goes melts. I am very pleased with Keurig the company, they stand by their products and their warranty replacement is wonderful. The product however, needs to be redesigned. I would strongly recommend, purchasing a Keurig product that only has one of the needles rather than five.
Extremely dissatisfied with the process my machine was four months old it stopped working they gave me the runaround like crazy and because I did not submit a handwritten note I submitted a type note they didn’t want to except it they didn’t take into consideration that I’m disabled and I cannot hold a pen I cannot believe the audacity of this company I will never buy Keurig again completely completely dissatisfied
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this product about 3 mos ago. It’s been ok except for the pods I waist. I lose anywhere from 1 -3 or more pods a week because the pod doesn’t get punctured properly when the lid is closed and the water doesn’t go through the pod and out in 1 stream. It floods at the top and comes out in about 3 drippy areas. Then I have to throw out the pod and start again. This morning I have wasted 3 so far and still haven’t gotten a cup
We love our Keurig! It was so easy to set up and is a snap to get a nice cup of coffee any time of the day. We like the options of different flavors for each cup, unlike the coffee pot method where everyone has the same kind.
I purchased this keurig and within 3 months it stopped working. The company replaced it after pictures were sent proving that I had one.I'm happy with their service!!
My K-Supreme stopped working after one year. It was the pump that went bad. I called Keuring and they replaced it immediately even though it was a few weeks past warranty. I received the new coffee maker earlier than anticipated. Love this company!
