We bought our Keurig a few months ago & unfortunately had a problem with the "descale" button not shutting off. Because it was under warranty, Keurig sent a replacement immediately. Have used Keurig for years & will definitely continue to use Keurig. Highly recommend it.
Over the years, we have owned several Keurig coffee makers of different styles. A couple of times the machine went south during its warranty, and Keurig has the very best customer service.
Replaced a white single-cup unit for one with a reservoir. Much better. However, there were a few things that I liked better with the old unit. One is that my old white unit had a white cord, the new white one came with a black cord. The old unit had a shinier finish compared to the new matte finish. Lastly, when using standard-size coffee mugs there is some splatter on the unit and counter. I guess this is because it’s also designed to accommodate travel and iced containers that are taller. Makes a decent cup of coffee. Simple, convenient to operate. Water reservoir is located well.
I am completely satisfied with my Keurig. There is almost no waiting to have my first cup. The warm up time is a few seconds. The improvement in multiple punctures into the cup assure full flavor. A great product made even better.
Although my Keurig stopped working we did have the receipts and called in to get a replacement. Their specifications you need to follow are quite absurd, but i did get a replacement after a few back n forth emails.
