I absolutely love my K-Supreme because it makes such a delicious cup of coffee! Whether you are a hot coffee or an iced coffee lover, I'm both, this makes the most delicious cup you will have. Also, the Kuerig customer service team is better than any company that I have ever experienced. What an all around great company!!
My Keurig K-Supreme recently broke down and I called customer service to report it. The machine wouldn't even turn on and therefore we couldn't even do a troubleshoot. The person who helped me was very courteous and professional and promptly offered a replacement under the warranty.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Enjoy my coffee every morning, starts my day off right. For some reason, it didn't turn on this morning; got it last yr Mar.. I unplugged it, but before I work on it, needed coffee first so went upstairs to sis' cuz I made her get one, too. Now shopping for another Keurig in case this one actually died.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We purchased this to replace our original Keurig that quit on us. This one was great! Much better tasting coffee, new system...however, whilst descaling, it quit. Keurig sent us a whole new unit! Hope it works better!
I have been a keurig fan from the beginning, having purchased the fist one out and upgrading through the years. But this k-supreme is by far the best. Does not have to heat up. Just pop in the k cup, shut it, pick your preferred drink size and press start. Also very low maintenance. Just be careful when you descale. Make sue you have water when running the process.
My Keurig was internally burnt up. Due to Warranty, I was able to get a replacement. The warranty customer service did an amazing job helping me with everything that I needed in order to reply my coffee maker.
I had my k-supreme fail to power on and called the support line. A very helpful lady walked me through a troubleshoot and then put in motion what I needed for a replacement to be sent. Once all my info was received, a new maker was mailed the next day.
I’ve used Keurig products for years and enjoyed them. And the fact that they stand by their products within warranty is a plus. Although the first cleaning process on this new one didn’t go well, so they replaced it!!
