Absolutely love this machine, the coffee is great and piping hot: It is so easy to use and not too heavy to move, and has a good footprint. May I also say the gentleman who assisted me was also terrific. He was very knowlegable ,kind and extremely patient.
Having purchased a new Keurig back in January I was surprised when a problem developed. One phone call and the replacement was on its way. Arrived within a week and works like a charm. I was impressed with the service and love the coffee.
Got this as a gift and it was actually a defective one, stopped working after a month or so. I was blown away at how great the customer service was and that I was able to easily get a replacement since I was still in the warranty period. I like the design of this one and I'd imagine the new one shouldn't give me any issues.
Was very disappointed when the Keurig stopped working in less than 6 months. When I called the company they instructed me on how to get a new machine replacement. Replacement received in less than 2 weeks.
I have a brother that came visit me from Florida and he bought me this Keurig K-supreme Single serve coffee maker and by far it seems like it makes the best coffee? I am very pleased with this coffee maker, hopefully it will be with me for the long haul with no problems.
I called keurig because our supreme coffee maker had failed. Even though I was unable to provide an exact date of purchase I was still given a new coffee maker since mine failed. Great service and appreciate the help
