After descaling my K-Supreme Keurig it stopped working. I followed all the trouble shooting directions with no results. I contacted customer service and again followed all of their advice to get my Keurig up and running….again no luck. I was sent an email with very easy to follow directions in order to receive a warranty replacement. My new Keurig arrived at my door the following day…unbelievable. What great customer service! Definitely a company that stands behind its product.

I really like the slim design and the lift up water reservoir that can be attached either on the back or sides of the unit. I like the select brew buttons with various cup sizes and the single button for a stronger flavor. Also, the five hole punches in the K-Cup really enhances the aroma and fills the room. The only reason I did not give this unit 5-stars was because this was a warranty replacement due to my previous Keurig I only had for 6-months when during descaling operations as required by keurig the unit started smoking and com;oetely went dead. I had followed all maintenance and cleaning recommendations, replacing water filters every 2-momths and using rinse pods weekly and descaling each time the unit said to descale. Hopefully, this new unit will last longer than 6-months. I hesitate to descale when the light flashes, afraid this unit will burn up! The good news is this unit to is under warranty and keurig is good on replacing.

Thank you so much for making the return/warranty process so easy. I descaled the keurig and it stopped working. I had the keurig for less than 1 yr, I called and explained the situation and a new one was mailed out and received within 3 days. Great customer service.
