I bought the original one in Feb and was happy with it. I descaled it June snd I could not get it to turn on again. So I called the company and they replaced it within 3 days. Thank you so much for the prompt replacement of my coffee maker. What great service you have. I love the coffee maker and it is so easy to use.
Purchased a Keurig over 7 years ago and it has had no issues. Decided to upgrade to a more compact size and purchased the K-Supreme. Unfortunately, a little over a year later and the thermostat went bad and had to replaced. Within a week the seal leaked and I would have to push on the top of the machine while brewing in order for it not to leak. Contacted Customer Service. They sent me a replacement seal gadget but not the seal so I contacted them and they immediately sent out a replacement machine. This one is working great. Hoping this machine lasts longer than a year. Very good customer service to replace a defective machine.
We requested a warranty replacement for this Keurig, and the company handled the process very nicely. We've never had any trouble with a Keurig machine before, and figure it was a fluke that our machine malfunctioned. No worries - Keurig warranty to the rescue! We enjoy the multiple cup sizes, the large water reservoir, and the sleek/smaller size of this robust unit.
I had a kureg die on me after 6 months and it was replaced with very little effort and no cost to me. That’s the way warranty claims should be done. i am glad because I love the supreme single
