Having only owned my Keurig for a few months, I was disappointed it stopped functioning so soon. It lost power during descaling and would not turn on after that. Also having to wait for a replacement was not convenient. Most coffee drinkers understand that! Offering some type of compensation would have been appreciated...ie. some free pods or an upgrade. It would go a long way to compensate for the inconvenience.
I really enjoy my Keurig. I mainly use it for iced coffee, but I will occasionally use it for hot chocolate or hot water for tea. Unfortunately, my last malfunctioned, so I was able to get a new under warranty and I was happy about that.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Was great while it lasted

I bought this coffee maker for my mom as a x-mas gift 2020. It is now 1.5 years later and it has broken. I was surprised because we kept up with descaling this one, and the last one we had (different model) lasted for years.
