My wife and I purchased our "K-Supreme Single Serve Coffee Maker" and have enjoyed great coffee, until we had a issue with the coffee maker. I contacted customer support and explained what was happening, after troubleshooting Keurig decided to send us a replacement. Once again we are enjoying great coffee. They make a good product and they stand behind it. Thank you.
I needed to have my coffeemaker replaced and it was under warranty. I called service and got Francis who lead me through the necessary paperwork. My new coffeemaker arrived 2 days later. Best service I’ve ever received.
Had purchased a unit just about a year ago and in my recent process to descale the unit, it died - didn’t turn back on. I received excellent answers and a very fair resolution to the problem. Definitely made a customer for life out of me.
I had an issue with my 6 month old K-Supreme and it was immediately replaced by Keurig. Hopefully it was a one off issue and this one will serve me well for years as I really like how it makes coffee
This is my third one of this model. All malfunctioned, including the replacement just sent to me. Clearly there is something defective in this model. I am extremely disappointed.
