This unit was purchased about a year ago. Inexplicably the handle locked closed and would not open. I called Keurig and the process to replace the coffee maker without question or hassle was a pleasant surprise. NOTHING is easy as of late, so I was very pleased. My only negative comment is that I am disappointed the handle locked closed after only a year.
This coffee maker is sturdy. Brewing process is easy, simple and quick. It is worth having and does not take up much space on kitchen counter. It does not spit water, coffee, or tea - whatever you are brewing - on the countertop. This was a replacement and the process was seamless and Keurig customer service was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the replacement process.
I bought this to replace the exact same model I bought 3 years ago. That one quit working, no power. I couldn't find another brand that had the same features for the same price, so I bit the bullet and replaced it. I'll let you know in another 3 years if it was worth it.
When my new Keureg said it was time to descale, we did so according to instructions. However, the descale lite never went out and grounds began showing up in cups. I called Keureg and they shipped me another one right away!
Great replacement policy. My coffee maker broke 7 months after I bought it. The warranty policy is great. I had no problems getting a replacement. I received my replacement in less than a week since I called Keurig to tell them about the issue.

I bought a Keurig Supreme in January. The first time is descaled, using Keurig’s instructions it would not turn back on. I looked up the issue on Google and found this model has an internal temperature switch that cuts off after descaling. The only way to reset the switch is to take the machine apart. I called Keurig and they immediately sent me a replacement. Unfortunately it is the same model with the same defect so when I descale I will end up needing another warranty replacement. Avoid this model to avoid the headache.
