I requested a replacement for my broken K-Supreme Coffee Maker and have waited 3 months and they still don't have my white one in stock. I had to settle for a green one just because I was over not having a coffee maker in the house.
This is a bit faster than my old Keurig. I’m not sure how it makes a stronger cup, bu I use that feature for each cup. The 12 ounce cup is just right, and it has cut my coffee consumption a bit.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Had a K-Supreme for about six months and it decided it no longer wished to be part of this world and went caput. Called Keurig, since it was still under warranty and they quickly shipped out a shiny new replacement and I was back to drinking my much needed Java a few days later. So far, so good. The replacement is working fine and I have had no issues with it. Happy about the quick response and customer service I received and how promptly they sent a new one out to me. It was really an painless process. Thanks Keurig, I appreciate that.
When I experienced a problem with my K-Supreme Single Serve Keurig, the customer service person was extremely helpful. The issue was resolved very quickly.
I bought this K-Supreme Keurig about a month ago and so glad I did. I am the only one drinking coffee in my house now and single cups are so convenient. The quality of the coffee is great and I can make tea or just hot water if needed. Its small enough to not take up too much cabinet space. Its really great!
I called Customer support and we tried to troubleshoot and resolve the problem. It wasn't solvable so they promised to send me a new unit. I received a replacement in a few days. It was awesome.
I was given this as a gift and a few days after the year mark, the handle that you lift to insert the k-cup and press to start the brewing process broke and caused the machine to not penetrant the K-cup and cause spillage. There is no fix for the broken handle. CSR understood my frustration and sent me a replacement. I was very grateful! Thank you so much!
