I bought my gray S-Supreme one cup coffee maker because of its quit features but especially for its making hot coffee. I drink at least four cups a day and I like my coffee fresh. I also like the five water holes it makes to brew a better cup of coffee. I also drink my coffee black no sugar. Thanks for replacing my unit under your great warranty program. Great company!
My machine broke within the year. I called and was replaced super fast. Great service.

Worst coffee maker ever

I have been through 2 of these coffee makers in 2 years :( Even with proper care and maintenance, the maker just stops brewing a full cup of coffee. Will never buy a Keurig unit again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
