After using their K-Surpreme for 6 months the unit failed to complete a proper cleaning cycle. We called Kurig support and after going through various tests they honored their warranty and sent us a replacement. It’s nice to see a company stand behind their products.

Not Happy at all…

We chose this model for the large water tank and after having it for a month or so, truly hate it. The multi-stream technology splashes coffee all over the counter and the coffee it makes does not stay hot. Also, my favorite coffee comes in a pod that has less plastic and they don’t work in this model. We have two other Keurigs that work fine but don’t have the large tank. If I could get my money back for this thing, I would!

Great except unlike my first K-Supreme, it will NOT remember so you have 3 pushes to get started. The coffee is much better though with the multiple entry points.

We had an issue when the keurig quit working. The company replaced it after simple trouble shooting didn’t resolve the issue. Very happy with the outcome.
The quality of coffee is the best of any keurig yet! Because of the auto shut off feature it takes forever to make a cup of coffee. If you try to use it as a hot water tap the coffee grounds are still in the water. If you brew a cleansing brew again it takes forever. The descale can turn off the coffee maker until you descale it. Twice while descaling, even with keurigd absurdly expensive solution, at the end of descaling the descale lifht was still on and the machine didn’t work and had to be replaced! What can’t you use white vinegar to descale the machine anymore? I’ve had keurig since the beginning, although the brewing is better the machine seems cheap and inflexible.
I had my machine for about six months and all of a sudden it turned off and wouldn’t turn back on. I thought there was a reset procedure but I couldn’t figure it out. I called Keurig for information about resetting it. The person I spoke to to said that there isn’t a reset and that she’ll just send me a new machine. Two days later and I received it. What a nice experience.
