I absolutely love this coffee maker. Does not take a lot of counter space. So much more convienent to refill with water. Not has noisy when it is brewing. I like that it shuts itself off.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far, I love it; fast, quiet and good options - did not realize it requires filters - that's the only reason for 4 stars, but if they help it last longer/coffee taste better, I guess it will be ok.

When I reached out to customer service on a Sunday after my Keurig stopped working, I never expected to get a response the same day. I not only got a response to my email but also a request to call customer service where the representative picked up my call immediately and knew exactly what the issue was. After giving some additional information on the issue with my Keurig K-Supreme, a replacement maker was sent out. I received the replacement on Wednesday! I really appreciated the streamline process and great customer service we received. Thank you!
I like the size and shape of my Keurig. Doesn’t take much room, stylish looking and makes great coffee. Kind of wish I would have got the green color but the black matches all my appliances. Love the coffee maker!
