We had our Keurig for 6 months and the descale light would not go off after descaling it three times. I called the help line and they were so nice about replacing it. The new one arrived very timely.
I replaced my first generation Keurig with this coffee maker and loved it right off the bat! I really love the "over ice" feature! When it came time to descale, it was so quick and easy compared to my first Keurig. During the second descale process a couple months later, it just turned off right on the middle of descaling and I couldn't get it to turn back on. I tried everything I could find online and nothing worked. I unplugged it overnight and called Keurig in the morning. Thank goodness it was only a few months old. They replaced it with no hassle. I'm hoping this one will stand the test of time because I do love this machine!

Constantly Clogged

I bought this to replace a 8 year old Keurig that worked great. This model clogged after 2 weeks of use and needs to be cleaned/flushed after every cup or grounds get stuck in the needle and coffee doesn’t brew. I had the first one replaced under warrantee and the new one has the same issue. Very disappointed in this new model :(
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is the third one I have have in 2 yes because they don't brew right they put coffee grounds in my coffee make a lot of noise after a couple month. I'm not happy with it
I really like the new design of the Keurig coffee maker. All the water is in the carafe. There is no large tank. This is means there is no waiting for a large amount of water to heat before the coffee brews.
The replacement Keurig works fine so far. We will see if it still works fine when it is time to do the descaling. That is when the previous Keurig stopped working.
