I recently wrote to Keurig because the descale light wouldn’t go off! Keurig ended up replacing the whole coffee pot in a timely manner! I sure appreciated their prompt response!
...That's why we were so disappointed when we used the Keurig-brand descaler on our previous machine only to find that the machine stopped working - for good. Now we are afraid the same thing will happen again with this one.
So easy and so quick! We enjoy the ease with which we can enjoy the brew. Kerrigan quit working a few months after Christmas. But the ease of warranty replacement made it a pleasure to work with. Be sure you save your receipt in case it fails during warranty.
Bought this coffee maker about a year ago. It quit working so I called for warranty replacement and found out I was a couple of days passed my warranty. But they still made good on replacement. Now that’s a company that stands behind there name.
I am currently on my third warranty replacement for a Keurig KSupreme. The customer service has been awesome but this particular Keurig model coffee maker is absolutely horrible! It brews fine for a while (3-9 weeks) and then it dies. Customer service has continuously been polite, friendly, very helpful and very quick to get a replacement sent out. I strongly suggest registering any and all Keurig products (it’s a great service) and choose something other than the KSupreme. In spite of all the replacement issues I still love my Keurig!!
