I have owned Keurig coffee makers for years and this is by far the worst one, had it less than six months and it had to be replaced. Thank goodness I had my old one to fill in until I got a replacement.
the only complaint I have is ...when I ordered from your site my keurig was suppose to come with 2 free boxes of pods. I have not seen or heard any more about that.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought my Keurig less than a year ago, and had an issue. After calling Keurig, they walked me through some testing, and ultimately ended up sending me a replacement. Great customer service!
I got this maker as a gift & absolutely love the model. Had an issue during descaling process, customer service excellent. Identified an issue with product & guided me on warranty requirements which I followed. I received exact replacement in just 3 days. Excellent experience
