I got one for mother's day and have loved it for a year. It's fast, quiet, and makes great coffee but one day it just wouldn't power on. I called customer service3 and the guy that helped me was AMAZING and went above and beyond for me. I received my replacement machine quickly and it works perfect just like my original one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Coffee Maker--But did not last

Bought this coffee maker because I work late nights and love a good cup of Joe. Had it for about 6 months and averaged making 2 or 3 cups a week and then about 6 months in, it would no longer power on. Tried troubleshooting, but nothing seemed to work. Its still under warranty, and I will try to get a replacement, but it was disappointing to see that something that is over 100 bucks, stopped working properly in such a short period of time. I take very good care of my things, and descaled it on time, but it just crapped out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've only had my kurig for 6 months and it took a dive....I called customer support they did their protocol to see if it could be reset, still nothing. The rep then said...we are going to send you a new kurig in replace of the old one..the transaction was smooth and easy. And customer service was very professional.
