Cleaned my Keurig this morning. It worked all through the rinse and the just shut off. Yes the outlet works yes I turned it on yes I let it sit. It has NO power. Sounds like a lot of others have had the same issue. I love the Keurig machines but this one is horrible and was just purchased in October. Alot of money to throw in the trash.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My children gave it to me as a gift. I have loved it so much. I was extremely pleased with the service I received with replacing my Keurig when it burned.
Disappointed that our 6 month old Keurig stopped working after only 6 months of use. I called customer service and was happy when they told me it would definitely be replaced. Replacement arrived quickly. Very happy, thank you
Bought this same one less than a year ago had an issue I called Keurig and they replaced my coffee maker right away.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Don’t buy!

My 3rd such machine in less than 8 months died yesterday. The company has replaced the last two which was great customer service but I can’t continue to send so much plastic to landfill. There is something clearly wrong with this product. Horrible.

My machine just stopped working and I am impressed with the customer service located in the United States. Sayurna, was attentive, cordial and professional and made the process of getting a new Keurig just PAINLESS!
Being a Keurig customer since 2009, the Multi-stream feature is a welcome upgrade, which extracts a lot more flavor from the grinds as compared to the single needle design. The coffee is bold tasting and very satisfying. Unfortunately, the K-Supreme has an overly sensitive thermal protection circuit. The descaling cycle or even brewing multiple cups of coffee in rapid succession can trip the circuit. To make matters worse, it doesn't automatically reset as it cools and there's no external reset button. Basically, once that circuit trips the maker is bricked. This is a very poor design. Sure, Keurig will send you another brewer, but the issue shouldn't be happening. It's inconvenient for the customer to wait for the replacement maker, and it's bad for business when products need to be replaced often. It's too bad that this is happening because when this maker works it makes the best cup of coffee that Keurig has offered.
