Broke within a year and a half.

I was happy with the purchase initially, nice design. A week ago, it stopped working, no power to the unit, it will not even turn on. Call Keurig and they offer some stupid 20% discount because of course it is out of the 1 year warranty. SO frustrated and disappointed, my last coffee maker lasted about 7 years. The customer service rep was polite and understanding and I know their hands are tied on what they can do and offer. This is to the big shots there, maybe try and stand behind your product. In situations like this, and I've read several reviews with the same problem as mine, it seems you have a defect. Increase the offer to a 50% discount off a new one, otherwise Nespresso machines are looking like a better product to purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have had the coffee maker a few weeks now. Hopefully it will last for a while. We've never had a Keurig coffee maker last more than a year. We are giving it another try since the design has been improved on.

I love my Keurig K-Supreme! The water reservoir has a regular type of handle which makes the refills much easier. Working with the Keurig company for any issues is absolutely wonderful. Thanks for everything.
I had a product failure and needed to apply the warranty for a replacement. The process was painless and my failed coffee maker was replaced with a brand new one. The new coffee maker is great, and works perfectly. Thank you Keurig!
