I recently received my Keurig K-Supreme Single Serve Coffee Maker - Warranty Replacement and love it just as much as I did my first K-Supreme! I have never tasted better coffee and the Keurig K-Supreme is simply invaluable for coffee lovers!
My Keurig stopped working within a year. I contacted Customer Support and discussed the steps I had taken to try and resolve the power button not coming on. They immediately sent a new one that I received the next day!
My unit was purchased about 5 or 6 weeks prior to the "Descaling" light coming on. So, I ran through 2 tanks waiting for the blinking to stop. When it finally did, it stopped everything. Working with a Tech we followed the protocols and realized the maker has failed. I was surprised and pleased at how quickly the new unit arrived and the kindness and patience of the gal who assisted me. I was so pleased that I called and thanked the staff. Contrasting with the typical calls to complain.
I purchased the K-Supreme coffee maker to upgrade my single K-cup brewer. I noticed immediately that the K-Supreme brewed a much better cup of coffee. I really like all the features on the K-Supreme: choice of cup size, quiet and fast brewing, optional filter, strong brew option, and it indicates when to refill the water reservoir and when to descale. I love the capability to change the water reservoir from the side to the back which allows for more counter space.
I’ve had two of them and they both just stop working after a few months. That being said, it makes the best cup of coffee I’ve ever had and I’m a coffee snob. I like the strong coffee feature.
