My Keurig stopped working so I called and explained. It was under warranty so a "new machine" was sent to me. This one is loud, gurgle, and doesn't seem anything like my previous unit when it was working properly. Probably some refurbished garbage sent to me.
Had a small issue with a new machine. They troubleshooted over the phone and without me requesting, sent me a new replacement
I would recommend this to a friend!

Will not turn on after descale process

After descaling the machine the first time, it was fine. HOWEVER when it needed descaling again the machine will not turn on to brew. I have watched EVERY UTube video and read all "hacks" to get the machine to work...
None of the hacks work. The UTube videos are way to complex as Keurig makes the reset button unreachable with disassembling the whole machine....REALLY. This is just not good business. It seems ALOT of people have experienced this by the comments in every HACK and U_TUBE video. It seems if Keurig had thought this process out then they would have higher ratings. If I could give a ZERO at this point I would. The coffee good when it works...but to keep spending money on a machine is crazy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have you tried reaching out to our Consumer Care team regarding your coffee maker? We can be reached at 866-901-2739 and will be happy to troubleshoot your coffee maker with you.
I called on Sunday, my coffee maker was not working. The rep had me do a few things to see if we could fix the problem. She decided that it needed to be replaced. I emailed me info per her request. Wednesday afternoon my new maker was delivered! Only downside was they were out of red.
This item was replaced under warranty - very satisfied with this service. I am finding that using this replaced Keurig there is often coffee grounds floating in my coffee cup on completion of a cycle for one cup. I am using Keurig approved pods and the Keurig is completing the cycle. What could be causing this to happen?
