My replacement machine is wonderful. The customer representative was extremely polite and helpful. No hassle at all replacing my coffee maker. Keurig is a great company with great products and service.
We bought a k supreme in December and died in May, Keurig sent a replacement and it doesn't work either now they are sending another model for us to try. Quality has gone down the tubes.
I had a issue with my Keurig descaling light not going off after descaling. I spoe to a representative who assisted me I was informed since it was still under warranty I would receive a replacement.I sent the info I had and was informed I would not be getting a replacement which disappointed me. And a few days later I received a email and I was sent a replacement. So very happy and satisfied.
I have used Kueirig coffee pots for some time now, but these last 3 Supreme pots have been very disappointing, thinking of going back to the good old Bunn brewing system. Your products have become so cheaply made. I have a way older brewer of yours and it must way 5 lbs built strong. These last 3 are cheap cheap cheap . We had a minor malfunction with our Keurig as it had a flashing light on the control panel. Customer service walked me through the potential fix and when it did not work they sent a replacement that arrived 2 days later. THANKS
