poor version of previous Keurig coffee makers

This is a replacement for same model which lasted one month. When original arrived the unit was all plastic and I knew it would not last very long. Keurig made a cheaper product and called it SUPREME so that people would think they were getting a better model. I do not recommend this coffee maker!

I bought this back in October 2020 broke in December, got a new one because I had the warranty. That one came broke. Tried to get my money back. They refused so I got a different model. No problems yet. I suggest not buying this product. It needs to be recalled.

Have been purchasing Keurig coffee brewers for a long time and just replaced my Duo with this K-Supreme. THE ABSOLUTE WORST MACHINE I`ve ever owned. Instead of punching one hole in coffee pod it now punched 5, yes FIVE HOLES and tears the pods sometimes spewing coffee grounds all over. Constantly have a mess to deal with. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. DO NOT BUY !!!

The unit isn’t that well built, flimsy. The process for making coffee is very slow, it barely trickles the coffee into the cup.

Bought this to replace larger pot, that I had for 4 yrs. Had trouble after descaling light would not go off. Called company, team member tryed to help. They then replace it. Very happy with this company
