Awesome while it lasts

I bought the keurig Supreme less than a year ago & it just shut itself off and will not turn back on. Pretty disappointing considering the price of it.

Easy call to support to pinpoint the problem and resolve it in one call. Only concern I have it this is the second K-Supreme that was replaced. Seem to last just under a year. Wonder why?

This coffee maker is complete garbage and cheaply made. I had this coffee maker for a year if that and it doesn’t turn on anymore.

I had bought a single cup Keurig coffee maker---it indicated that I needed to descale---which was the second time it had been indicated---first time no problem. this time after doing the descaling twice the descale light would not go over---redid it again--still on. Called sustomer service---told what the problem was and did steps that sehe recommended---still one. at this point your rep wrote up problem and sent me a new coffee maker immediately---great customer service and you still have a customer.
