Pleased with ease of replacement of 1st one which failed when lid locked. I'm cautious closing & opening lid. 1st one failed when too small plastic pin fractured near 45 degree angle at exterior lift/close manual handle. Possible design failure?
I purchased a Keurig Supreme nearly one year ago. When we could not get it past descaling cycle, Keurig helped me troublshoot and then offered a replacement after being unsuccessful.
We have had a few Keurig coffee makers over the past years. The latest one was a K-Supreme single serve unit. We purchased this one in November of 2021. Sadly it ceased to function a few weeks ago. To their credit Keurig elected to replace this unit at no cost to us. We received it a few days ago and we are back in action. Hopefully it will give us no trouble .
Use of the K-Pod is an efficient way of brewing a cup of coffee… it eliminates waste when a pour over coffee maker is used. This is especially true for my wife and me…she uses half-caff and I use decaf.
I love this Keurig. It is slim and stylish. Love the Farmhouse White color. Only issue is that it takes an inordinate amount of time to finish brewing.
