Tank full of water and “add water” light is on,,,u

What did they do? Send me someone else’s broken Keurig? Within a week of receiving the replacement unit, it too doesn’t work! The tank is full, the light comes on to refill water and the stupid piece of garbage will NOT work at all! What has gone wrong at the Keurig company? They used to be reputable,,,NO LONGER TRUSTWORTHY.
I appreciate the quick response and willingness to warrant your product. We had bought this maker to replace a keurig maker we had enjoyed for years. Hopefully this unit will hold up as well
I had an issue with my original purchase, and Keurig replaced it under warranty with no problems. I love this Coffee maker. It makes the coffee hot and very quickly.... Awesome.
I had enjoyed my Keurig K-Supreme until it just stopped running. Keurig was very helpful in trying to troubleshoot, and when unsuccessful, honored the warranty. In very short order, I received a new coffee maker.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Since we bought this we are having trouble with the coffee grounds spilling out everywhere ever so often. It also splashes coffee everywhere sometimes. Its really messy. Is it something we are doing?
