After I descaled my new Kuerig coffeemaker, the descaling light would not go off over the next 3 days. I called the service number and received instructions via email on what to do.
They gave clear instructions with pictures. Within days of sending the required pictures, I received a confirmation of a new coffeemaker being sent. I received it promptly and am very impressed with the overall service.

I bought this last summer for our summer condo. I like that you can make hot or cold drinks plus the different sizes. I was super impressed with the customer service representative. When we opened up our condo for this current season my Keurig would not turn on. He readily sent me a new one which is working just great! Another great feature is the water reservoir that makes several cups of coffee depending upon the ounces that you choose.
