After I descaled my new Kuerig coffeemaker, the descaling light would not go off over the next 3 days. I called the service number and received instructions via email on what to do. They gave clear instructions with pictures. Within days of sending the required pictures, I received a confirmation of a new coffeemaker being sent. I received it promptly and am very impressed with the overall service.
It was given to me as a Christmas gift in 2021 and I absolutely LOVE it!!! I love the different brew size options and it does not take up a lot of space! I recommend you get one!
I bought this last summer for our summer condo. I like that you can make hot or cold drinks plus the different sizes. I was super impressed with the customer service representative. When we opened up our condo for this current season my Keurig would not turn on. He readily sent me a new one which is working just great! Another great feature is the water reservoir that makes several cups of coffee depending upon the ounces that you choose.
I was so upset when my Kuerig wouldnt start up after descaling process BUT you stood behind your product & soon I had a replacement. I am so pleased with it & your taking care of this.
I am so glad I updated my Keurig to this model. Love the color and multi stream .. takes up less counter space also.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
