Very happy with our new Keurig coffee maker. Very efficient design that fits in tight spaces perfectly. Many brew levels to choose from for everyone in my family, and the “over ice” feature is a plus. Personally, I recommend Keurig’s “Cafe Bustelo” k-cups, but no matter what your preference it makes it perfectly.

It was a struggle to get the warranty replacement, the previous quit working after only a few months. Just a few weeks in the replacement fails to brew coffee size selected, it takes several tries to get a single cup. I’ve tried clearing spouts with paper clips but it doesn’t seem to help. Disappointed with this model and probably won’t buy Keurig again.

My first Supreme lasted about 6 months. The warranty replacement process was easy and I received my new one pretty quick. I hope this one lasts longer than 6 months! Great brewer and makes a great cup of coffee. By far the best Keurig model I've owned.

I got after a recommendation from a friend for Christmas and LOVED it !!! After a about 4 months it just quit ,no lights on or nothing. I phoned Keurig and they asked for some info and immediately sent a new coffee maker. I used an old one while waiting and couldn't wait to get my new one again cause the coffee is sooooo much better with it . Thank you for your customer help and speedy delivery !!!

This replacement unit works perfectly. Previous unit leaked around the top of the pods so some clear water went through the pod but some went down the outside of the pod. Customer service is awesome.

This is fast and makes great cup of coffee. I am only giving 3 stars because it makes an absolute mess every time we make a cup of coffee. The stream of coffee is very uneven and splashes coffee all over the back of the Keurig (behind the mug) and all over the counter. I would not have expected this type of problem from a Keurig and am very disappointed.
