Stopped working

Only used it a few weeks before it stopped working because the "water fill" light won't go off. If we unplug it and wait a while, it will work one more time before the "water fill" light comes on to stay again until it's unplugged and given time to reset. Very frustrating on a busy morning.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Miss my reusable cups

This unit is attractive and I really do like it EXCEPT..... One needs a college course to use the "reusable" cup. What in the world was Keurig thinking?????? I almost sent this unit back but other than reusable cup I am pleased. It almost seems like Keurig is trying to force people to buy K-cups. By the way, I do use them most of the time .

Leaks coffee grounds .

My keurig k-supreme leaks coffee grounds ,how can I stop this.
Great size coffee maker that doesn't take up lot of space on my apartment countertop. I also like the fact that I can brew one cup of coffee instead of 4 and throw 3 away just to get a good cup of coffee for breakfast.

Unreliable. Cannot recommend.

I am now waiting for my 2nd warranty replacement K-Supreme. The first and the current machines worked for about 3 months, then started making only 2 oz at a time. Both were properly descaled with Keurig solution when prompted and received regular Keurig filter replacements. Either I am supremely unlucky or this model has issues. On a positive note, Customer Service both times has been great. I still trust Keurig, just not this model.

I am SO glad I got this coffee maker. I use it to make my coffees, of course, but I also use it for making my Southern Sweet Tea, my afternoon British Tea, my bedtime Senna Tea, etc. It heats the water to the perfect temperature for all these items. I just love how easy it is to keep the water tank filled up because it has a handle on it for easily moving it around. The water tank is also made of high quality acrylic, which I love. I got the white pot and it matches my kitchen perfectly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointed

I bought this Keurig several months ago and like another reviewer, it just quit working. It worked sporadically then for a month and then just quit. Very disappointed

I have bought 3 keurig coffee makers . First one lasted 8 years , 2nd one 3 years (wouldn't stop dispensing water) , 3rd one , K supreme , stopped completely at 2 months (was sent a replacement under warrantee)
