I've bought about 2 or 3 of these in the past year... because when the descale light comes on.. we do the descale process to the directions and then try to push the 2 buttons to turn off the descale button flashing and then the engine burns up! It just clicks.. and the machine is worthless! I have had 2 replacements now from Keurig corporate - which is nice. I appreciate that. But due to the reset of the flashing light - I have 2 or 3 broken Keurigs in my storage container now. I like the coffee that it produces, I like the style and it's a great machine other than the descaling and reset process. That is awful and frustrating! There are many others on the internet that say the same thing... maybe figure out a better reset instruction or I'll just leave the light flashing - it's a scary feeling for me now! I don't want to do the reset anymore!
My Keurig stopped working within the warranty period. I reached out to Keurig and received a replacement within a week. I am very happy with this company.
My replacement was sent because my precious machine was declared defective..When the cover came down on my kcup it would cut it open along the edge. Unfortunately the one I was sent did the same thing. I've decided to just return my keurig and go back to my old one.
I bought my Keurig about four months ago. One day it simply would not power on. I called the company to see if they could offer advise about how to make it work. After speaking with several people it was determined that my Keurig needed to be replaced. Five days after my initial phone call I had my replacement Keurig. I was most impressed with the polite and quick service I received.
