First let me say that your front line Customer Service Rep's are very helpful and represent your Company with the highest degree of professionalism. Buying anything today for me is having a Company that stands by it products and your Company does that. Thank-you for everything I appreciate replacing my Coffee maker.
After a few issues were resolved, Keurig honored their warranty and sent us a replacement. Thanks for doing this Keurig. You have restored my faith in your product and company.
This unit was to replace a defective one I got for Xmas as the descale light would not go out thus causing some concern. Kuerig stepped up and did right by me and I am appreciative of their efforts. Thanks
This was a replacement under warranty and it was handled well over the phone with knowledgeable people. But.. I have experienced a few hiccups with the new device. Sometimes it starts to brew and then stops after a few ounces of water. Then I press it again and it usually brews a full measure, but since I brew 10 or 12 oz size, if I don't remember to dump the part brewed cup it will brew a full measure and overflow.
My Original Keurig was working great, until the flashing light came on to descale it. I bought the parts, and cleaned it and then it stopped functioning all together! It wouldn't even turn on, it was dead. Luckily it hadn't been a year, and so I called and they sent me a new one. So far it works good until the descale light comes on again? We'll see!
