We had quality control issues with our first maker. After about 8 weeks the descale light came on. After performing the complete descale process the light would not go off. Called Keurig spoke to a rep, went through the prescribed trouble shooting, light was still blinking. Rep determined the maker was defective and set up a replacement maker to be sent. I was happy with the customer service and the ease of getting a replacement. What I wasn’t thrilled about was the problem encountered with a very mew maker.
I've had at least 5 models of Keurig over the past 10 plus years. This is the best model yet. Even so, it had a warranty issue, where it wouldn't brew the right amount. However, Keurig replaced it without any complaint or charge. We love it and use it 6-10 cups most every day.
I received a replacement of my Keurig after purchasing and only using it 3-5 times. Replacement was easy and I was so impressed that Keurig stood behind their product. I have 6 Keurigs and will continue to use them.
