I called the company with the issue I had with my coffee pot.
I descaled it and it totally quit working.
Within 7 days I had a brand new replacement delivered to my house.
I followed instructions on taking pics of my receipt and product/serial number.
Thank you Keurig.

Warranty replacement

Recently my Keurig coffee would not work. Since it was still under warranty I reached out to the company. The representative was very helpful and guided me through the process of having a replacement be sent to me. I was told another representative would contact me when the information I sent was processed. Very quickly I received the phone call and informed that my coffee maker would be arriving shortly. True to the representative’s word I received my coffee maker and since have been enjoying my coffee.
