I called the company with the issue I had with my coffee pot. I descaled it and it totally quit working. Within 7 days I had a brand new replacement delivered to my house. I followed instructions on taking pics of my receipt and product/serial number. Thank you Keurig.
Recently my Keurig coffee would not work. Since it was still under warranty I reached out to the company. The representative was very helpful and guided me through the process of having a replacement be sent to me. I was told another representative would contact me when the information I sent was processed. Very quickly I received the phone call and informed that my coffee maker would be arriving shortly. True to the representative’s word I received my coffee maker and since have been enjoying my coffee.
UNFORTUNATELY, WE HAVE PACKAGE THIEVES AND I LOST MY COFFEE MAKER. BUT I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT THIS COFFEE MAKER IS THE BEST. FAST, HOT, AND AWESOME. WATCH OUT FOR THIEVES THERE EVERYWHERE
This was a replacement of an identical unit that was just out of warranty. But Keurig replaced it for me anyway. I was very satisfied with the old one and am very pleased that Keurig sent me a replacement at no cost to me.
