This is our second K-Supreme Single Serve Keurig! What an upgrade from our previous K Classic! It is so much quieter and has more cup sizes! The best feature is “Brew Over Ice.” It is so easy to use Keurig Ice Coffee K-Cups or regular K-Cups and enjoy hot or cold coffee fast.
This is a great improvement over past makers. It heats water very quickly and the multiple holes in each pod make the brew better.
I would recommend this to a friend!

HORRIBLE!

I have bought this keurig twice with the same results. I received this keurig as a Christmas present back in December. It worked great for 2 months and then randomly stopped working. I got a new one and it broke within ONE MONTH! Would not recommend this at all!

The coffee maker was given to me as a gift and was not working. I called customer service and the woman was so nice and once it was determined that it did not work, she sent out a new one within days. The new one works great!
This Keurig was a gift for my father and when it broke during descaling, customer service was very helpful to him in trying to assist in fixing and then ultimately replacing.
