It keeps going bad about every 3 to 4 months. I keep calling and go through the trouble shooting procedures, the you send another one. I had the original black one that lasted 13 years.
When our 6 month old Keurig inexplicably stopped working, I called for help. After trying a few steps recommended by the tech, he determined that the unit was defective and immediately offered a replacement unit! Unfortunately we had to wait a few months for the same color. We could of had a different color immediately but we chose to wait so it would match other appliances. But we are totally satisfied with the high level of concern and care shown by the customer service representatives. Thank you so much for standing by your products.
I love keurig, I’ve had one now for about 10 years or more. My last on did not take filters or a cleaning/ descaling process. I only used vinegar to clean it. This one I just got for Christmas and it already had to be replaced. I hope it was I fluke, we’ll see.
I had a K-Supreme Single Serve Coffee Maker before. Shortly after the warranty expires, the thing died. It was good enough that I bought another one. Hopefully this one doesn't die after the warranty expires. This was used in a home, not even daily.
Had to use Keurig support for a problematic original maker. Their representatives are great and sent out a new replacement unit. The new one makes great coffee right out of the box!
